A-Website-4u has always strived to supply the highest level of service possible, and part of that service is the hosting. Generally hosting, as far as the client is concerned, is invisible and only noticed when their website goes off line. As a client you are protected from needing to communicate with the hosting company, it is all managed by us. For over ten years we have been using SupaNames for all our clients hosting needs. They have given unsurpassed service at very competitive prices and features. They were a small company and their support team had the time to respond accurately and quickly to any question posed.

Long term association coming to an end

Unfortunately this association has come to an end (Jan 2010). This is no fault of SupaNames or anything on our part, it is because they have been taken over by a much larger organisation. Current clients can stay with SupaNames, but it will not be possible to register new clients with them. Sooner than expected the time has come and SupaNames clients are now transferred to the parent company. A-Website-4u has had dealings with SupaNames parent company and unfortunately they were very frustrating times with difficulties managing clients accounts and not receiving the high standards of service we had become accustomed.

New association starting

Current and future clients need not worry, A-Website-4u after extensive research has found a new hosting company ARIOTEK. After communicating with them we are satisfied they will perform as well if not better than SupaNames. We have been on their forum and communicated with their clients, mostly website designers like our selves also requiring the best in hosting, and they all pour praises on Ariotek.

Improved prices good for everyone

Ariotek is a small independent hosting company their feature list is very good, possibly slightly improved on SupaNames.  Their package structures enable us to offer some cost savings and put off increasing our prices, which we have not done for the past five years, so everyone should be happy. We believe our new association with Ariotek will be very satisfactory we are confident to recommend them to all current and new clients, to the point of including a direct link to their website.
