1. Domains registered via A-Website-4u are the property of The Registrant (the purchaser or a third party nominated by the purchaser) subject to payment of registration fees.
2. A-Website-4u have no prior claim on any rights whatsoever to the use or the hosting of Domains registered via A-Website-4u. Domains registered via A-Website-4u may be transferred to another internet service provider for domain hosting upon written instruction from The Registrant and subject to a small charge for administration, typically £15 sometimes free
3. Applications to register Domains via A-Website-4u may be declined by the hosting authorities for any reason.
4. Payment of registration fees to A-Website-4u does not imply acceptance. Where it transpires that a Domain applied for is unavailable, delayed, declined or for any reason the registration is cancelled by any authority or if any error or technical fault by any party results in the loss of the Domain then the purchaser may be reimbursed in full the payment made in respect of that Domain but shall not be entitled to any further compensation.
5. No Domain is considered to be registered until the name of the Registrant appears in the registration authority's database. The Registrant is strongly advised not to announce the Domain until the registration is complete and further to verify registration via www.nominet.org.uk/index where on domains ending in .uk can be checked. The process of registration takes several days from application and the rules of acceptance are controlled by the authorities.
6. Successful registration of a Domain does not imply the legal right to use that Domain. Please do not register offensive words or names which may infringe the trademarks, trading names or property rights of others. The domain authorities have the right to withdraw offending Domains and under such circumstances A-Website-4u will not be liable for any compensation or refund. A-Website-4u also reserves the right to refuse hosting of domain names deemed to be offensive.
7. If you fail to renew a Domain registration then your registration will lapse and you will lose all rights to your Domain. Renewal of a Domain purchased through A-Website-4u or the transfer into A-Website-4u of a domain purchased elsewhere can be facilitated via A-Website-4u.
8. A-Website-4u may make changes to A-Website-4u Services and A-Website-4u Offers without notice or notification for any reason and details of such changes will normally be posted on the pages at A-Website-4u. Free A-Website-4u Offers associated with the purchase of a Domain through A-Website-4u are subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time. However, this shall not affect your ownership of any Domain.
